Foil gold/silver printing process is divided into ink foil gold/silver and foaming foil gold/silver. Heat-set foil stamping/silver, thick plastisol foil gold/silver.

1) Ink foil gold/silver: The printing paste is thinner and more suitable for smooth surfaces such as single-sided, double-sided primers.

2)Foam foil gold/silver: Foam foil stamping paste has a foaming component, so the process has a noticeable protruding effect, with a three-dimensional appearance. But the fastness will be slightly worse.

3)Plastisol foil gold/silver: smooth surface, good fastness, suitable for fine lines, patterned products. Due to the high cost, the unit price is slightly higher.

4)Thick Plastisol foil gold/silver: The effect is about the same as heatset gold / silver, except the print stock is thick and has a raised three-dimensional feel.

Available ribbon: Single satin ribbon, double side ribbon or cotton ribbon are available. Sheer ribbon is available for this printing type, elastic ribbon also not available.
